A new Off-Broadway revival of Spring Awakening has been announced for this fall at Studio Seaview.
The production will be directed by Tony Award winner Danya Taymor. Choreography comes from Celia Rowlson-Hall in her theatrical debut, while Or Matias serves as music supervisor. Seaview is producing the revival.
Playbill reported the announcement on June 10, 2026, outlining the venue and full creative team. This staging marks the first Off-Broadway revival of the musical.
